CD as a signal mirror

An old CD makes an inexpensive, lightweight and useful signal mirror. It even has a hole in the middle to aide in pointing the reflection of the sun. It is kind of large but it fits nicely on the inside wall of a day pack. Even if it cracks or breaks it can still be used effectively.
