Fast cooked rice

The Rice! I am doing my expedition for my bronze award as part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. When you are outside and need food quick I like to have a few packets of Uncle Ben's Express Rice. The Express Rice cooks in about 2 minutes! That’s great if you want something to eat fast.
