The art of keeping your ASS alive

by Wesley
(Tulsa, OK)

98.6 The art of keeping your ASS alive by Cody Lundin is probably one of the best and most entertaining survival books I have found. The author treats survival a little differently focusing on how body temp is a prime factor in survival.

It is easy to read, full of great illustrations and information.

Cody's Books
by: Todd Owen

I was not aware of this guy or any of his books. i have however became a big fan of DUAL SURVIVOR with Cody and Dave now. I have seen so many SURVIVOR GUYS of late, and they all seem to have an ego the size of a train. HOWEVER, after seeing Cody on the show he does not come across in this manner in anyway. He actually wants to teach and his knowledge is very detailed. I got his book Keeping your ass alive as well and found the book to be a great addition to my already great collection. I would recommend this guys teachings to anyone skilled or unskilled.

This was the first and still one of the best survival primers that I think there is.

It does a great job of breaking survival down to simple lessons that can really save a life. In addition his survival kit is simple, cheap and effective.

I was able to get through the book in 3 days but still keep it at my bedside for continued reading. Some of the lessons have come in very handy while on outings over the past 2 years.
