Cinnamon buns ( the can type ) made in orange skins
Cotton pads soaked in wax , great little fire starters and you can get a 100 of these at most stores for about 3 bucks.
not your regular washing mashine but Ive actually used these set up now about three times and it does pretty damn good in a pinch.

Some of these you may know, others you not. I do a ton of back country hiking each year here in Colorado. I live less than an hours drive from The Rocky Mt. National Forrest. I do several long hikes per year as well as a few days here and there just Jeep Camping out my tail gate. I found a few of these tricks and wanted to share with my friends on here. The pictures say it all.

I have one to share with you.
I kept an old fashioned janitor's mop wringer bucket around for years before it occured to me that its also a handy dandy washing machine when the power goes out...
