To quench your thirst

Like many other comments have told you, pee really is safe to drink. It is 95 percent water!
Although we may think of apple juice and grape juice, in the wild, we won't have the luxury of having them. So instead, try chewing on vegetation or eat very juicy fruit.
Although extremely unappetizing, if you kill a fish and are in desperate need of water, sucking on its eye could save your life!
Dew would be an excellent form of drink. If you wake up early in the morning in the wild and there's dew everywhere, wiping your hand on it and sucking the dew would be good, or scooping the dew into a container.
Make a rain catcher using a bowl or hollowed out bamboo. Rain water is pure and contains nothing that could be harmful, unless it hits the ground.
