Worms as emergency food

by Tom
(United States )

..... excellent source of protein.

..... excellent source of protein.

For those of you who may be squeamish about eating earth worms, here's a way to do it. Dry the worms in the sun or an oven first. Once competely dry, crush into a powder. Sprinkle this powder in a soup. Worms are an excellent source of protein.

Bob appetite.
